ERG: Step 1- Bridging the Gap: Acknowledge the Gap Exists

On our journey to personal growth and development, one of the most important things we can do is acknowledge the gap between our expectations and reality. This may seem like a simple step, but it can be surprisingly difficult to do. This gap, often called the “Expectation-Reality Gap,” can be a source of frustration and disappointment if we don’t acknowledge it. But by recognizing its presence and understanding what it means, we can take the first step towards making meaningful changes.

As we begin our journey of self-discovery and growth, let’s turn to the Bible for guidance.
